It's been a week since I joined a new company. However, I've learned and done a lot in just one week. I have so much to get used to and organize and create, that even though I worked a little over the weekend, it feels like a month has passed.

Still, I am truly grateful. I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn and try new and diverse things, and for being able to work and earn a salary. Some people are struggling through difficult lives, but thankfully, my job isn't physically demanding, and I'm grateful for that.

Although I'm going through the onboarding process, I'm already receiving inquiries from various customers. As the saying goes, 'Seeing is believing,' and I'm directly responding to customer inquiries. My manager is right beside me, guiding me every step of the way on how to handle inquiries. In a way, I feel a bit sorry for my manager, but I'm truly grateful for their support.

I'm also creating quotes directly. And I'm communicating with customers based on those quotes. My manager has expressed regret that they haven't been able to properly address Korean inquiries due to the lack of Korean-speaking staff in the past. Now that I've joined and am suggesting and implementing various action ideas, it seems like some of my manager's worries have subsided.

As we're now starting the Korean business in earnest, I also plan to put my passion into growing this business. I want to encounter many challenges and meet a lot of people. Even the onboarding period is busy, and I don't know how much busier it will become after onboarding, but I'm grateful for the busyness.

Despite the advancement of AI technology, I thought translation agencies wouldn't be needed, but surprisingly, inquiries continue to come in.
