[Ecohoon] The Mindset You Need When English Feels Intimidating in a Foreign Company

1) You don't have to have perfect English. While perfect English is good, they understand that we are foreigners and will listen with understanding.

2) We also sometimes communicate with foreigners in Korean. When we talk to them, do we expect them to speak perfect Korean? You'll probably find them listening with understanding, just like us.

3) Not all employees may have English as their native language. Therefore, their English may not be perfect.

4) CSAT (수능) English passages are not the only example of perfect English. You've probably seen many videos of foreigners saying they've never seen passages like that before. Our English doesn't have to be exactly like CSAT English.

5) Don't be afraid to communicate and work with foreign employees. If you work with a learning attitude, you'll naturally improve because you'll have to do it to make a living.
