If you don't provide any information, nothing will happen!

In the past, when a customer asked a seller, "Can you do this?", the seller would usually reply, "Yes, we can." This was likely due to a mindset of securing orders first, even if it meant internally struggling to manage the request.

However, even if the seller says it's possible, nothing will happen if you don't provide any information!

Occasionally, some customers request a quote and estimated time without providing the document that needs translation or any context. We need to know the word count of the content you want translated to provide an accurate quote ㅠㅠ

Furthermore, even when we reach out via email or phone, we don't receive a response. We need to understand the issue and how we can help to offer a solution. At the very least, we need to know the file format and approximate word count. We've encountered many instances where we genuinely wanted to help but weren't given the opportunity.

It's difficult to provide an accurate quote without any information. We offer discounts as well. Of course, we can give you a rough estimate. To expedite the consultation process and get your project started, we encourage you to communicate with us🙏
