मैं इन दिनों इस तरह अंग्रेजी सीख रहा हूँ_1

कई लोग फ़िल्मों और ड्रामा सीरीज़ के ज़रिए अंग्रेज़ी सीख रहे हैं, लेकिन मैं थोड़ा अलग तरीका अपनाता हूँ। मैं विषय वस्तु में भले ही अलग हूँ, लेकिन तरीका वही है - वीडियो देखना। मैं विदेशों में इंजीनियर, प्रोडक्ट मैनेजर (PM) आदि के तौर पर काम करने वाले विदेशियों के व्लॉग देखकर अंग्रेज़ी सीख रहा हूँ।

विदेशों में लोग अपने दिनचर्या के बारे में वीडियो बनाकर 'डे इन द लाइफ़' (Day in the life) शीर्षक से व्लॉग अपलोड करते हैं। सिर्फ़ सिलिकॉन वैली की प्रसिद्ध आईटी कंपनियों ही नहीं, बल्कि कई अन्य कंपनियों में काम करने वाले विदेशी कर्मचारियों की दिनचर्या के बारे में भी हम जान सकते हैं।

कुछ लोग आवाज़ डालते हैं, तो कुछ सिर्फ़ सबटाइटल के ज़रिए वीडियो को समझाते हैं। इस तरह से सुनने और पढ़ने दोनों की प्रैक्टिस होती है और हम अंग्रेज़ी बोलने वालों द्वारा इस्तेमाल किए जाने वाले शब्दों और वाक्यों को सीख सकते हैं। ज़्यादातर शब्द और वाक्य रोजमर्रा की ज़िंदगी या फिर काम से जुड़े होते हैं। इसलिए, अंग्रेज़ी सीखना और भी आसान और दिलचस्प हो जाता है।

साथ ही, इन वीडियोज़ में दिखाई देने वाले ज़्यादातर ऑफिस के आसपास के नज़ारे बहुत ही खूबसूरत होते हैं। थोड़ा सा सपना और चुनौती भी महसूस होती है। कुछ यूट्यूबर अपने ऑफिस के पास समुद्र किनारे होने की वजह से लंच या ऑफिस से निकलने के बाद समुद्र किनारे घूमने जाते हुए दिखाते हैं। यह देखकर वाकई में बहुत अच्छा लगता है। इसलिए, विदेशों में काम करने की इच्छा भी जागती है।

इन लोगों को देखकर मैं न सिर्फ़ अंग्रेज़ी सीख रहा हूँ, बल्कि एक कर्मचारी के तौर पर खुद को प्रेरित भी कर रहा हूँ। मुझे लगता है कि यह अंग्रेज़ी सीखने का एक बेहतरीन तरीका है, जहाँ हम दोहरा फायदा उठा सकते हैं।

Most Korean have studied how to speak in English via movies and dramas. For me, I have studied thorough a video content as well but it is quite different. Because, I am watching ‘Day in the Life’ video contents in YouTube from global people to learn English.

Globally, they said kind of personal work life as ‘Day in the Life’ which is a Vlog showing worker’s daily life in Korea. We can watch workers’ daily life as a worker who is working at famous IT companies such as Meta, Google and so on.

In the video, someone says something verbally and others just show subtitles. So, I can learn my listening and reading skills and especially, I can catch the words and sentences which people speaking in English use frequently. Also, the words and sentences are usually about daily life or career. So, I can be more familiar to English.

In addition, in the most of video, I can see beautiful mood. Their companies are usually located in nearby sea or river. So, it makes me motivated. Some YouTubers are walking around the sea when he goes to have a lunch. I am so desirable about it. So, sometime, I feel that I want to work at global sites.

As watching kind of these video contents, I am studying English and becoming motivated as a career worker. It is so valuable to learn and be grown.
