It's already July. I'm so grateful to have spent a good time with good people in a good place to wrap up the first half of the year. This is a review of the first half of the year written after going on vacation to a good place to celebrate my wife's birthday in commemoration of the end of the first half of the year.

I joined Alconost in March. Time flew by so fast that I didn't know how each day passed as I went around here and there to learn and acquire new things and meet new clients to promote the company.

It's hectic and busy, but I'm truly grateful. It's better to be busy with discussing customer issues and promoting the company than being sad because there's no work. It's only been three months since we opened the door to Korean business, but many customers have found Alconost and even signed contracts. Thank you very much.

Three months feels like a year because I've been so busy. It feels like I quit my previous job a year ago, even though it was only in February. I'm grateful for being able to work with such dedication.

Even though it's only been three months, I'm still having meaningful meetings and increasing the number of them. If I were a customer, I would have thought, "Why do I need to meet with a company when it comes to translation? They should just send me a quote."

However, customers responded to my meeting proposals. And through the meetings, they actually decided to sign a contract. People might say, "What kind of meeting is there for translation?", but we are breaking down those preconceptions. Even in translation services, there are things to explain to customers before they make a decision, and I hope they understand that this is valuable.

I have met and got to know many people. People say that when they die, they leave their name behind, but I think they leave their relationships behind. After all, people who have built relationships with me will be at my funeral. Relationships seem to be a truly important value and social act.

Thank you for being my business partner, for helping me, for giving me a lot of advice, for trusting me and signing a contract, and for just doing me a favor. I will try my best to become a person who can help you in return. I hope we can build and maintain good relationships, whether it's business or general.

I'm trying to create and post content as much and as often as possible. Many people are telling me to be "consistent", so I'm being consistent.

I'm grateful that many people are connecting with me on LinkedIn and following my account. I have over 1,400 followers, and I would like to thank you again.

I hope we all can do our best in the second half of 2024, which starts today. Even during war, flowers bloom, so I hope our flowers will bloom amidst economic difficulties.
